Smiling is an easy language. Every body knows it and it doesn’t have to be translated. Your real smile is your tickect to win a persons heart. It has many different benefits and it is the most beautiful thing in life. It doesn’t take a lot of time just with a blink of an eye.
First of all, many studies show that when the person becomes nervous his face will be full of wrinkles which will cause old age. Also , it shows that the smiling decrease the quantity of wrinkles. Smiling lifts the face and makes you look younger. The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person apper younger. Don’t go for a face lift, just try smiling. Also there are different types of smiles. One kind of smile that it stays memorable. Another kind is dazzling.
In addition, smiling has psychological benefits. Smile protects against depression, causes the nerves and leaks the psychological pressures of life. Smiling changes your mood. Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There is a good chance your mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood. Also, the stranger you graced with your smile may go on to pass the kindness to someone else. Who knows how far your original smile will travel ..?
Lastly, smiling has also physical benefits. The smile is a kind of preventive treatment for disease. It has a positive effect on the body. Smile relieves the nerves, heart and brain. It increases the body's immunity and also strengthens memory. Anger and emotion of the nerves increases the exposure of cholesterol, ulcers, headaches and pains. When you smile you move a 17 muscles only but when you get angry you move 47 muscles of the body muscles. Smiling lowers your blood pressure. When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure.
Smile is important in life. It is amazing in many ways. When you get angry just try to smile you will see that your mood will change. You can gain friends when just smile. You can affect people only when you smile. So , you must smile as possible as you can .

أصل معنى كلمة البورصة : أصل كلمة بورصة يعود إلى شخص يدعى ( فان دي بورص ) كان يمتلك فندقا بمدينة بروج ببلجيكا ويتردد عليه التجار للمناقشة حول الصفقات التجارية وكان شعار هذا الفندق عبارة عن ثلاثة أكياس من النقود . |  |
والبورصة ، هي السوق المالي الذي يلتقي فيه الصيرفيين والسمسارة في أوقات محددة من اليوم لإجراء عمليات التداول على الأوراق المالية والسلع والمعادن وغيرها.
أنواع البوصات العالمية ...
(1) بورصة الأوراق المالية ، كالأسهم والسندات وحصص التأسيس.
(2) بورصة البضائع ، مثل القطن والقمح والحديد والنحاس .
(3) بورصة المعادن النفيسة ، كالذهب والفضة والبلاتين والماس .
(4) عقود الصفقات التجارية للسلع غير الحاضرة ، كالبترول .

- المصرف المركزي الأوروبي ECB
- مصرف اليابان Bank of Japan
- المصرف الوطني السويسري Swiss National Bank
- ومصرف انجلترا المركزي The Central Bank of England
(2) شركات الوساطة Brokers
إن شركات الوساطة هي الوسيط بين العميل والسوق ، وكذلك هي الوسيط بين العميل والبنك الممول لأموال الصفقات في حالات المتاجرة بالمارجن ، وكذلك هي الوسيط بين العملاء بعضهم البعض ، ويجب أن تختار شركة وساطة تكون خاضعة للرقابة القانونية من حكومة بلدها لضمان سلامة أموالك.
ودور هذه الشركات أيضا أنه لا يتم البيع أو الشراء إلا من خلالهم لأنهم هم الذين ينقلون الأسعار المعروضة في البورصة من بنوك إلى بنوك أو إلى المستثمرين وشركة الوساطة هي سمسار وهو لا يتحمل أي خسائر نتيجة تقلبات السوق بل يعمل بالأجرة على اعتبار أنها من السمسرة فقط.
(3) البنوك التجارية
تقوم بدور صانع السوق لأنهم يعملون على إيجاد السوق وخاصة في العملات فهي مستعدة للشراء والبيع في أي وقت .
(4) الشركات العالمية الكبرى
أغلب الشركات العالمية لها غرف تداول خاصة بها بهدف تحقيق أداء استثماري جيد.
(5) الصناديق المشتركة والمحافظ الاستثمارية
يتجه بعض المستثمرين الصغار أو ممن لا يملكون الخبرة الكافية ، للتعامل مع الصناديق الاستثمارية المشتركة وتفويض مدير حسابات لإدارة هذا الصندوق مقابل هامش من الربح الاستثماري المحقق وهذه الصناديق لها القدرة على مواجهة تقلبات السوق.
(6) شركات التأمين
تتجه بعض شركات التأمين إلى استثمار فائض التأمين في أسواق المال .
(7) المؤسسات الحكومية
لا تعتبر طرفا نشيطا إلى حد ما في سوق المال ولكنها تشارك بعض الأحيان وبخاصة في الدول النامية التي تكون بها بعض عمليات التصدير والاستيراد محتكرة للقطاع العام .
(8) الأفراد المستثمرون
بالرغم من أنهم لا يلعبون دورا مهما في سوق المال لصغر حجم صفقاتهم إلا أنه بدأ يلاحظ زيادة في عدد المستثمرين الأفراد بعد ظهور التسهيلات الممنوحة لهم من قبل بعض المؤسسات المالية أو ما يعرف بتوفير المتاجرة بالهامش.
كل هؤلاء اللاعبون شكلوا سوق عالمي مفتوح على بعضه على مدار 24 ساعة في اليوم فهو ليس حكرا على دولة معينة ، ووفقاً لإحصائيات عام 1995م جاء حجم التداول في حدود 2 تريليون دولار يوميا يتم تداولها وهذا رقم كبير جدا ، لهذا فإن سوق العملات من الصعب أن يتحكم فيه شخص من الأشخاص أو جهة من الجهات أو مؤسسة من المؤسسات أن تتحكم فيه من حيث الصعود أو الهبوط بسبب ضخامة القيمة المتداولة في هذا السوق .

A computer program loaded to your computer with-out your knowledge or permission and runs against your wishes. It can replicate it self. All computer viruses are manmade. Computer viruses are every where and it is named with lots of different names which scare the computer users.
There are viruses which play music, change or delete files or display messages.
It is called viruses because they got some thing in common with the biological viruses. A computer virus passes from a computer to computer like a biological virus passes from person to person.
A virus should never call harmless and left on the system, a simple virus can make a copy of it self over and over relatively easy to produce. Even such a simple virus is dangerous because it will use all the available memory and bring the system to the holt. Some viruses are doing so little damage that you are unaware that your computer has been infected.
There are different types of viruses such as:
File infectors: A block of code which attaches itself to another program and it can copy itself in to subsequent applications that you run.
Macro viruses: Marco virus spread much more than other type of viruses as people frequently share data files, it spread round the word in two hours effecting tens of millions of computer.
Worms: it has been made to copy it self from one computer to another over a network.
The latest viruses have been emails viruses.
Different way to be infected:
When you open a file or when you open email is infected with a marco virus.
When downloading files or programs from browsing the internet.

How does a computer get a virus?

There are many ways to get a computer virus but the common way of getting a virus is from an email attachment and that is come from an effected file connected to an email this attachment can be word files, excel files, JPEGs, GIFs or any type of files.
You can not simply get a virus from reading emails. The virus start it is work when you open and run the attachment.
But there are some new viruses are different like (klez) because you do not have to open an email attachment to release the virus, just opening the email can release the dangerous bug.
The other ways of getting a computer virus are from a file on a floppy or zip disk or when you use an infected file in a clean computer the file infects the clean computer.
Lots of people download infected files from the internet and they start to share them with there friends, in this way the virus spread very fast to all there computers.
If you found that your computer has been infected you, should assume that every disk or computer that you work with or nearby is infected because most of the viruses are spread very fast in the computer and damage your system.
To reduce the chance of getting a virus you should be really careful with the files you take to your computer even if they are from one of your close friend because most of the time people transfer file with out being sure it is not infected.
